You can trade from 6:00 PM EST (the Globex open) until the 4:10 PM EST New York session close.

Trading opens (Globex open) 6:00 PM
Positions must be closed by (NY session close) 4:10 PM

This window covers the full U.S. futures trading session. Be mindful of volatility around the open and close.
