Getting paid is a four-step process. This page walks you through it, what happens after you submit, how you receive your money, and what can delay a payout.

Payout methods
| Method | Processing fee | Estimated delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Straight to Broker (FHX Markets) | None | Instant once processed — the fastest way to get paid |
| RISE | 5% | 1–3 business days |
| Crypto | 5% | 1–2 business days |
The 5% fee on RISE and Crypto is charged by FundedHero to cover transaction and processing costs. Straight to Broker payouts are credited to your FHX Markets trading account, where you can withdraw through the FHX Markets platform or keep trading with them.
Payout limits
- Minimum and maximum are set per plan and account size, ranging from $100 to $1,000 minimum and $500 to $5,000 maximum. Your challenge page lists the exact figures for your account.
- 1-Step plans (Hero ONE and Hero ZERO) have no minimum payout amount. You just need to hit your minimum winning days and payout goal.
- First 30 days on a funded account: you can withdraw up to $2,500 in total during your first 30 days.
Why traders trust our payouts
- Quick payouts: fast funding and fast withdrawals when you qualify
- Flexible methods: Straight to Broker (FHX Markets), RISE or crypto
- Secure processing: every payout is handled through a trusted, secure system
- Transparent rules: everything is laid out clearly, with no hidden catches or vague limits
Why a payout can be denied or delayed
- You’ve given back more than 35% of your total profits — in other words, you must keep at least 65% of your profits at the time you request.
- You break your plan’s consistency rule — Hero Live: 20% per day, 1-Step plans: 50% per day, 2-Step plans: no consistency rule.
- You break any trading rule.
Cooldown rule
If a trade or trading day gains 3% or more of your account balance, your contract size is cut by 50% for the next trading day. This reinforces risk control and steady performance.
Withdrawals count toward your Maximum Loss Limit
You grow a $50K account to $55K. Your Maximum Loss Limit (MLL) stays at $50K.
If you then withdraw $5K, your balance drops to $50K — and the account breaches immediately.
Plan your withdrawals so you keep a buffer above your limit. See also the Trailing Withdrawable Balance Policy.
When can I request?
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| My first payout | There is no calendar waiting period. You’re eligible once you have your plan’s winning days (counted in business days) and reach the payout goal for your account size. |
| After that | There is no fixed cycle. You can request again once you’ve completed a fresh set of winning days for your plan. |
Smart payout habits
- Take profits in smaller chunks — don’t drain the whole account at once.
- Always leave a buffer above your max drawdown.
- Treat payouts as checkpoints, not the finish line.
- Don’t force big trades just to qualify — stay consistent and within your edge.
