How it works
The clock starts the moment you submit your payout request.
It’s 48 calendar hours — weekends and holidays count.
The guarantee is met once we send your payout. The time your payment provider, bank or blockchain network takes to deliver it after that isn’t included.
If we miss the window, $1,000 is added on top of that payout.
What’s not covered
Payouts that require a secondary review do not qualify for the guarantee.
